Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
Transit Time:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Carriers: UPS or FedEx Ground
Shipping Coverage: Currently, we ship only within the 50 United States.
Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
For lost packages, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
For damaged packages, email photos within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. In such cases, there is no fee for the customer.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post the credit.
Exchanges: Only offered for defective products, incorrect items shipped, or manufacturer sizing errors. For a different size or style, please place a new order.
