1. Eligibility & Website Use

• You agree to use the website lawfully and not to infringe on the rights of others or interfere with site functionality.

• Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

• Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or pricing errors.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.

• Transit Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Carriers: UPS or FedEx Ground

• Shipping Coverage: Currently, we ship only within the 50 United States.

• Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• For lost packages, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

• For damaged packages, email photos within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. In such cases, there is no fee for the customer.

• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post the credit.

• Exchanges: Only offered for defective products, incorrect items shipped, or manufacturer sizing errors. For a different size or style, please place a new order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is owned by Houston Green Line LLC or its licensors.
