1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received them

  • Unworn or unused, with no signs of wear

  • All tags attached and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved and received, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may apply, except for items returned due to defects or mistakes by Shop Saveer (in which case there is no fee for the customer)

2. Product Return Conditions

Shop Saveer is committed to assisting customers with returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Faulty printing: Blurry printing, color loss, or distortion not consistent with the designed sample

  • Spelling errors on the product caused by Shop Saveer

  • Incorrect color delivered: The product color does not match your order

  • Unwanted color stains or defects on the product

  • Other errors originating from our products or services: We will review and resolve any other issues caused by our production or fulfillment process

For all of the above cases, exchanges or returns will be provided at no additional cost to the customer (“no fee”).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because many products are made-to-order or customized, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Incorrect print selection chosen by the customer

  • Choosing an inappropriate size based on personal preference

  • Spelling errors or incorrect customization provided by the customer

To avoid inconvenience, please carefully review product details, sizes, and personalization options before completing your order.

4. Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at support@shopsaveer.com

  2. Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue

  3. Our team will provide instructions, including the return address

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund or replacement
